Gorgeous, conveniently located and one of the NICEST units in Shores of Panama. This colorful unit has a professional island decor
with quality furnishings including flat screen TV's for your entertainment. The beautiful gulf front views from the floor to
ceiling patio doors in living room will take your breath away. The same views may be seen from the large master bedroom window.
The elevator is only a few feet away from the unit's entrance with indoor parking right outside the door as well.
The master bedroom has a large king size bed with upgraded mattress for your comfort.
The living room sofa has a queen pull out bed with an upgraded mattress pad. Brand new flooring as of September, 2012.

This one bedroom plus bunk room is located on the 9th floor. Attention to detail is top our priority to make your stay feel like home.
The Shores of Panama has a 14,000 foot lagoon style pool and out door hot tub featuring waterfalls, fountains, 2 tiki bars and exotic
tropical landscaping. There is also a large heated indoor pool and hot tub, fitness center, a media center/party room and a full service spa.

Nichole was great to work with! I could not have asked for anyone better and quick to answer any questions. Due to weather issues - we
had to make a last minute change in our plans to head to South Carolina and searched for an ocean view option. We had many inquiries out there
but Nichole answered and worked with us while we were on the road to get this condo paperwork taken care of!
Location was great! Condo was awesome! This was our 6th year of our Snowbird adventure to Panama City Beach and one of our best 4 weeks. Our
door was right next to the parking garage so was very convenient when hauling groceries. The view was great - sun on the huge condo patio from
9:00am to 2:00pm which was perfect! This condo is so spacious. We can't say enough about Nicholle - she does a fantastic job of managing the
condo. Pleasent to work with, always willing to solve any issue that might arise. We will be back!
